Meet the Team

  • Alexis Ware, M.Ed., BCBA

Alexis Ware is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and co-owner of ETG. Alexis obtained her master’s degree in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and undergraduate degree in early childhood education from the University of South Carolina. Through years of professional and personal experiences in the world of disabilities, she has understood the importance and effectiveness of therapeutic supports. Alexis has recently spent years supporting ABA therapies in the school setting through consultations, direct services, and advocating for the least restrictive environments for all children and young adults. As Alexis continued to provide services and supports in both educational and home settings, she realized the impact of gaps in services among programs. Alexis’ passion is to bridge the gap for families to ensure quality services in an applied setting for an overall better quality of life.

  • Sarah Nell Lader, MAT, BCBA

Sarah Nell Lader is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and co-owner of ETG with undergraduate degrees in psychology and German. During her first year in college, after growing up alongside family members with disabilities and high behavior support needs, she recognized families’ needs for understanding and therapeutic support and joined the field of applied behavior analysis as a line therapist. During and after her studies, she spent time working with exceptional children in private- and government-run organizations at home and abroad as a researcher, Fulbright English Teaching Assistant, and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). She became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2017 and has worked in homes, schools, and clinics. Her learners have included many students and clients with co-occurring conditions, ADHD, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, fragile X syndrome, and DiGeorge syndrome. Sarah Nell’s passion is to teach personal safety and self-advocacy skills that clients can use independently in real-world settings.
